    the Walk…I remember it from school sports days: pretty much everyone would be disqualified for breaking out in to what could be described as a trot resulting in the slow kid winning. 🙂

    If you think about it running you have a period of time where both feet are in the air, they can't have both their feet in the air at the same time IIRC. and something weird about not bending the knee. Weirdos.

    That's not what you said to start with though is it?

    They must have one foot touching the ground at all times and not bend the knee of their front leg until it passes vertical.

    If you think about it running you have a period of time where both feet are in the air,

    If you think about standing you always have both feet on the ground but walking you can have one in the air.
