I’ve been running some 700 or maybe 710mm alu bars on my singlespeed all winter and love them. They’re nothing special – Outland ones that I got in a bargain bin with matching stubby stem – but are 31.8 with a normal sort of rise on them.

Now I’m not a big bloke at all, and certainly not of the prop forward build but when I’ve gone back to my full susser with the carbon FSA K-Force risers at 630mm it’s like I’m back on my road bike (god knows what that’ll feel like!)

Any suggestions for a nice wider bar to go on the Superlight? Maybe carbon, something light-ish and around the 700mm width? Oh – and something that’s happy with lock-ons too please.

BTW – am I measuring them correctly? Getting the tape measure from end to end…?

Thanks in advance boys & girls.
