Probably harder than tarmac. That’s a VERY old baking tray which doesn’t get washed anymore. It’s uncleanable. 8)

Sheperds Pie with leftovers from Sunday roast. Bottle of IPA from local off’y micro brewery.

Pea and ham hock risotto followed by rhubard and pear frangipane tart all made by me!

Looking at that list it’ll be windy in the morning if not before. Salmon and noodles here with some stir fried veg. Rather oddly a bowl of cereal for pudding or should I be calling it dessert?
