What vintage toy car?

Anyone know what make/model of car this is and who the manufacturer was? There are no makers markings on the car; its approximately 6″ long.

Most of the right features for Malcolm Campbell’s Bluebird, but proportions a bit off, but that never stopped toymakers in the past.
