    Having a had very messy pedal/shin interface at a trials comp at the weekend and seeing someone end up having to have lots of stitches due to a similar but much worse instance SWMBO obeyed tells me I need shin guards.

    Anyone got any recommendations? Not worried about them being overly warm as there is plenty of time to cool down between runs. Comfort and protection from the pins of carnage are primary.

    Seem some 661 that look like they might be fine for the job. Anyone got those?

    MTFU is not going to work as if I get blood on the bedding again I will be sleeping in the garage.
