What are the trails like at Wharncliffe?

Thinking of going there for a quick jaunt at the weekend, since I last went about 3 or 4 years ago i'm sure there have been 'proper' routes added, is there just the Red XC route? What is it like any good?
What grade are the DH trails?

Any advice would be appreciated ta.
