Planning to go to Austria on a MTB holiday Saturday with Neilson (thomas cook). If our flight is cancelled I presume we will get a refund fron Neilson? Anyone else had to cliam of been delayed? Hope it will be OK anyway but thought I would ask just in cease. The Thomas Cook website says you should get a refund if your flight is cancelled?

Just booked a beach-type holiday with Thomson, and checked this, they said it would be postponement/rearrange, rather than refund. In-laws have just got back from aholiday and had been told the same, if they'd not been able to travel. I was wishing they'd got stuck in Mexico though, make my life quieter!
