Looking at getting a trail hardtail and come across the Van Nicholas Mamtor. I realise its a new bike so probably not many are about yet but wondering if anyone has ridden one or has any opinions on the geometry or Van Nicholas rep as a company.

Also considered the Cotic soda although they’re out of stock at the moment. The One on 456 ti and Cove hummer didn’t really appeal.

Any opinions appreciated.

I’ve had about 100 miles on a Mamtor and it was a really fun bike to ride. It’s quite happy to just pootle along and is surprisingly comfortable over long distances but responds really, really well to having you thrash the stuffing out of it.

If I was in the market for a titanium hardtail then this would be right at the top of my list, and it’s a really good price as well.

I have a Van Nicholas Zion frame for sale in the classifieds, only 7 months old, still have receipt and lifetime warranty…
