I have a fox float rpl and I bottomed out not very hard at all I just was lacking air pressure and now red fluid is coming out of the lock out/ pro peddle/ rebound switch thing- does it mean new shock or a fixable thing?

sounds like a blown seal, a service will probably get it sorted.

Blown seal – I’ve had one go on a Fox Triad. Had it replaced under warranty.

Ok well how long did the replacement take??

Send it to MOJO*/TF/LOCO/others. Costs £80-£100 for a service, takes about a week from putting it in the post to getting it back if you book it in advance (2days post, 2 days with the service center, 2 days post).

*if it’s under warrenty they may fix it free
