[Closed] Thule bars - is this correct?

Just fitting my bars onto skoda estate that I had on a Renault a few years back.
Can't quite remember if I used to have this gap on the inside or not once I'd tightened them up .....

Thule 755 so correct foot pack ... Just the roof rails are a wedge shape on the inside so the inside clamp isn't going to meet it flush ...bars feel solid but I've got a roof box to go on so I want to be sure I'm not missing something!
