I found some aluminum 32t chainrings for $10… Im preparing my old hard tail freeride bike(Dartmoor hornet) for the girlfriend.

Is $10 too cheap to expect a moderately quality forged product? Is it going to explode or something ?

They’re probably NOS 26″ compatible only ones.

$10… I expect the woman doesn’t have enough horsepower to kill herself from catastrophic chain ring failure

They look like they have shift ramps. Are you building a single ring or multi ring front set up?

tbh if you want a mult ring then stick to shimano on shimano cranks.

if you want single ring then get a thick-thin. 25% off superstar uk made stuff this week so about £19 delivered.
