Hey psychle, who’s a happy chappy and, blimey, what an eye-catching beast. 😯
Fantastic looking bike and reckon you’ll have no end of fun. 😀
Is that just a double you’re running there? Curious about the chain device too, do Ibis guarantee that it will cure chain-suck? Currently having problems with mine so would definitely be interested to hear how you get on.
Nice, but a bit of a mish-mash spec… Race Face crank, Easton bars, Point1 Stem…
Atleast match some brands rather than a bit of everything…
Why? Would rather pick the best bits from each manufacturer/category… I’m quite happy with the ‘mish-mash’ spec, ’tis unique and all mine 🙂
You are a nutter with all your bike purchases but we love you for it
Awwww, shucks 😳
My only concern would be that bling of that magnitude would amplify my lack of mad skillz
It’s a concern for me as well TBH… I foresee a day or two out with Mr Jedi in the not too distant future, need to remember how to get off the ground!!
Those hubs are fat and shiny – what are they?
Industry Nine hubs with Stans Flow rims, direct from Axel Imports (the distributer in the UK). Lovely buzz to them, different to the King buzz, and instant (or near enough) engagement as well.
if (heaven forbid) you ever have a crash and the bars spin round, the cables will get pulled against the frame and could get pulled out. i thought everyone kept them long enough for that, could be wrong though
Could be a fair point… haven’t tried a full bar spin yet, they might be a bit short as you rightly point out!
Need more spacers…
30mm is temporary, will probably drop at least one, maybe two… we shall see. Trouble is, you can’t have any spacers above the stem, so this is a bit of an issue to work with…

Thanks CG, I’m in love with it right now, fingers crossed our first ride together tomorrow lives up to my expectations (I suspect it will!).
The chainguide is a specific MRP G2 for the Mojo HD, it bolts into the main pivot bolt (which is threaded to accept it). Not sure if it would suit the original Mojo… it’s a single 32T ring up front, soon to be a single 34T though.
i’d be grinning like a teenage boy swimming in a sea of soapy boobs on a sunny sunday if that was my bike! good call on the seat post and chain-ring changes planned, exactly what i’d do to tidy up the colours too 😀
Psychle – is this the Mojo you’ve been waiting ages for, the one you were having second thoughts about recently?
It is lovely. My Nicolai used to garner all kinds of admiration and longing looks until HeiHei bought his bloody Mojo and now no one even gives the Nic a second look! 😀
Just to manage your expectations but it took HeiHei a little while to get his set up and working well for him so don’t be disappointed if after the first ride (or even the first couple of rides) it doesn’t blow you away or you find yourself tripping over stuff you would ordinarily not think about. I can’t quite put my finger on it but there is something about the way the Mojo’s suspension works that makes it quite sensitive to being correctly set up.
This is also especially true of the BOS Devile fork, which seems to be much more firmly damped than other forks. One mistake that I’ve seen is easy to make is to set the fork up with purely a static sag measurement and then end up with a spring rate that’s too soft. The low speed compression damping props the fork up when you’re sat statically on it and so you end up with a very soft spring rate in order to get the static sag right and then end up with a fork that’s way too soft.
Having said that, the first time I tried HeiHei’s in the 140mm setting, it blew me away; and you’ve got the Cane Creek angle set fitted as well so that should make it even more fun DH!
We’ll keep an eye out for you; there are a few Mojo HDs on the Surrey Hills but would be good to see yours out there! We’re out tomorrow morning heading from Peaklake to Winterfold area if you’re around tomorrow as well (me – Nic Helius, HeiHei – VitP Mojo and JPCapel – Turner Five Spot)
