Crc are good for dt swiss spokes - they only sell in 36's but you can mix within that

Look at on-one for sapim too

Depends on rims pick what you want and find who does it cheapest

Spokes - rose bikes, it is my go to place now. Nipples are sold separately but are pennies.
Rims - really depends on what you are looking for

If you are looking for all mountain rims, I'd find it pretty hard to look past these for the price
