Mrs Ache has it in her head that she needs to loose weight god knows why she weighs about the same as one of my legs.
We have a budget of around £200 I have googled the subject but am still non the wiser. I am hoping the font of all knowledge that is STW will be able to help me out.

We have a Carl Lewis cross trainer that we are about to sell. Theres nothing wrong with it, not used that much but we are moving house, and it wont fit!
Its currently in Sheffield, if your interested £50.
