new pair of trousers with a smaller than normal pocket. UK driving licence, UK bank cards, german bank cards, health insurance card, breakdown cover and 350€….
rode back and covered the route from where i last used my card, but nada, nix.
cancelled and ordered new cards for both accounts already, but it’s going to take a while till i get them due to the bankholidays coming up.
managed to draw out enough cash using my passport to hoprefully cover me for 3 weeks in Italy, but don’t know whether i’m allowed to drive without my plastic card licence since the paper part has been worthless since 2015…
last time i was stopped in italy the Carabineri was really confused that a brit was driving a German plated motor. dread to think about trying to explain this situation to them…
