Off to Bluestone at the end of March and I've a long morning to spend on the bike. The Preseli hills are close by and look ideal, does anyone know or can recommend any routes there? or are there any books with routes in them?

Start at Tafarn Sinc, the wonderful corrugated iron pub in Rosebush. Go past quarries and up into Pantmaenog forest. Reach ridge at Spot 415. head due east, expect to have very wet feet. Follow the ridge, up and down for >8km. until you reach tarmac lane. the ridge is wonderful, but boggy! in a couple of places, keep and eye out for marker posts showing the driest?! route.

Once at road, turn right, then turn right at each road junction afterwards to return to Rosebush. The pub is a work of art- well worth a visit.
