Just got a Marin Wolf Ridge for my better half. The front forks are Rockshox Tora 318 solo air. Problem is, even with no air pressure in them, its extremely difficult to get them to move and there's certainly no sag.

Does anyone know how to sort this out because its got me stumped?

Cheers in advance for any help provided

Sounds like a hydraulic lock caused by a leaking damper cartridge, get the fork serial number and contact Fisher outdoor and leisure's warranty dept. as they'll be able to confirm what needs changing.
