    Had a look at Sheldon but he doesn't go far enough. How wide are 29er rims inside? Just wondering how wide a tyre I can stick on 700c rims that measure 22mm across inside.

    im running 1.8 29er tyres on my mavic open pro rims no worries if that helps at all
