Bruce - my life has sunk to a low point, but not to the state where I'd consider playing golf. I'll iron my socks before I do that.

We just got one by Philips which is actually pretty good (basically enable fast easy no fuss ironing). When I get home will get the model no.

I bought a Bosch, they have one at £40 odd what won the last Which test (so a friend tells me)

Mine says "Rowenta perfect" on it, I searched around for ages till I picked that one.

Self cleaning
Lots of steam
Anti calc
Auto off (that's important to me)

Ive got a big Bosch steam generator one and its fantastic.
