Recommend me a really nice restaurant in St Helier Jersey

Only two requirements really.
Special enough for a silver wedding anniversary….and open on a Monday. Really struggling to find anywhere.

I've not been for years, but Bohemia in Green Street is a Michelin star place which fits the bill for special occasions.

Bistro Rosa in St Helier market house. very nice with very fresh seafood. just perfect.

Bohemia was our first choice because we’re actually staying in he hotel where it is. Unfortunately contrary to what their website says, the restaurant is shut on Mondays and just the bar is open.
Thanks for the other recommendations…will check them out.?
