  • Recommend me a QR Skewer

    Currently have Planet X QR Skewers on my Single Speed, which don't seem to be able to hold my back wheel in place – it drifts under pressure and hits the stays.

    My other bike has Shimano XT skewers which I have sworn by for eons – (Never had to worry about them)

    XT skewers now seem to be rarer than hens teeth – any other recommendations?

    Bizarre – I did a forum search and didn't find this….

    But, where can I find XT skewers??

    I got some nice black Shimano QR's off eBay, brand new for £3. They weren't the cheap heavy ones but they weren't quite XT. Look really good. Off CR they are well expensive!!
