[Closed] Rear wheel out of alignment

It seems that my rear wheel is gradually moving closer to the left hand stays on my Giant Trance 2009. I haven't noticed any changes in performance but it's a bit of a worry. I've had the wheel checked and I noticed it with the older wheel too so I don't think it's that.

Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do about it?

Thanks.

Try measuring the distance fron the rim to the stay, then put the wheel in backwards and measure again. If the distance is much different then your wheel dishing is out, if it stays the same then it's a frame issue(depending on where the pivots are on the stays, it may possibly be those worn, but think they'd have to be noticably bad for that).

Noticed it on mine and after much spoke twisting turned out to be a bit of muck in the drop-outs. Suprising hot little makes a difference.

My hub once seized and the cones/axle began turning in the drop outs and bored into the inside face of the drop outs ๐Ÿ˜ฏ wheel and disc brake alignment were no longer
