Extra firm spring fitted into coil Pikes yet they are still 'divey'- quite noticeable. Any ideas? Anything I can do with the flood control etc to avoid or is it a problem?

How heavy are you? I have the normal spring in mine and it doesn't dive much at all. Increase compression damping? that will ruin the small bump sensitivity tho which I find poor on these forks

Eat less pies ๐Ÿ™‚

more compression damping will slow down dive Do you mean diving on the brakes?

Im just slightly less weight than you and have the extra firm spring fitted, they dive way too much for my liking.I changed the oil to ten weight which has helped but the problem is still there even when i run a lot of compression damping. They were even doing it with my mate who is barely 10st,i guess there must be a lot of batch and quality control issues with the spring rates.Im about to give up on them and sell them.

Actually could be a good point. Whats to stop the factory mislabelling the springs? TJ- dives without braking - just on slight shift of weight etc. They should be stiff to compress but sag-wise Im still sinking upto the 95-travel mark.
