is there anything online which will give me the option to draw individual ‘routes’ i.e. not joined up on a map?

I used to use memory map on PC but now i’m an apple fanboi…

I’d like to draw bits of a bike ride, then zoom out to get the overview before joining them up.

I’m not 100% sure, but RideWithGPS (paid for version) may well support something like what you are after.

On a PC Mapyx would have done it, but don’t think there’s a mac version.

You could use bikehike: Save each segment when you’ve completed it then clear the page and do the next one. Once you’ve got all the bits done then reload them and select the option to add it/them to the existing route. I’ve not done it for disjointed sections but it certainly works for two halves of a route where one leads directly on from another.

I’m really liking ridewithgps.com for this sort of thing.
