Hi, I own the the bog standard on one 29er wheelset and was wondering if anyone knew what bearings (and how many I need) front and back. Also does anyone have any tips for doing this before I [s]ruin them[/s] take them apart.

Oops, cheers for that. I'm not as much of a fan of the new search as it happens!
