Just putting together a SRAM NX drivetrain 1×11 42 tooth lowest gear.

Anyone know what sort of gap is needed between the big sprocket and top jockey wheel?

In the SRAM guidance it only shows a special tool being used on NX.

SRAM data for GX and other mechs vary between 15mm and 6mm.

On normal 2x and 3x set ups I just leave a small gap, making sure the cogs don’t touch. But I’m a little more wary with this one especially with the wide variety of SRAM gap specs.

Thinking of starting at 15mm to be on the safe side and see how it goes.

Anyone set one up and care to share?
