This made me laugh as I was commissioned to build the Tena for Men merchandise site when they sponsored motorbike racing. A real “why” moment but they insisted. I think we took about 4 orders
Many moons ago I worked in a telemarketing call centre. I might have signed a couple of mates up to all the databases for a laugh. It was brutal.....🤣🤣
Nearly 30 years ago one of my best mates (And still on of them) signed me up with Dateline... If I remember correctly, they were oddly persistent in ongoing mail shots.
Could be worse, the year before he signed me up for the dominos league at the local ‘old mans pub’. Got what seemed like a cryptic message left on my parents answerphone and then an ill-tempered phone call for not turning up to my matches, expulsion from the league and a lifetime ban. At 17 that bothered me hugely - as you can no doubt imagine.
The real question why would a grown male/female adult (I presume you’re an adult) want to harass their neighbour in this way ? Seems like a juvenile thing to do, if you have an issue with your neighbour speak to them, perhaps you have already and it didn’t work out, I think you’re still not over whatever it is hence acting in this way.
Park whatever’s bothering you and move on. Life is way too short.
Do they live with a partner? If so perhaps bunch of flowers with a love item "Dear [neighbour] - miss you terribly, all my heart, Louise xxx"

If you were actually thinking of doing it rather than entertaining your mind with the things you could do - this is very sound advice... These are the sort of neighbourhood disputes that end up with you standing in court - with the other party seeking a protection from harassment order, or one of you being prosecuted for breach of the peace or a minor assault and the ONLY person in the courtroom who thinks your (or probably your neighbour) was behaving reasonably is You (and similarly your neighbour is probably the only person who thinks whatever they do is sensible).

I have a neighbour who is is a massive tool, it really is excruciating to watch one of his performances, he regularly demonstrates his idiocy in a very public fashion.
Every time I see him, I flip him a big smile and a cheery hello; he is visibly confused by this and doesn't quite know how to respond.
He remains an utter tool, I'm pretty sure he will remain an utter tool no matter what I do, so I'm just going to leave him to wallow in it.
I put an advert on gumtree with a rare scalextric as the pic and “job lot £100” colleague at work got about 15 calls over the weekend, the following weekend I was answering calls for Labrador puppies!

PETA, the animal charity are good for just never giving up, once your name is in a database, they just keep adding it each time they buy a new bundle of personal details.
I used to edit charity databases, removing those who were deceased, no longer at address, etc, and the PETA ones were the worst, most charities might have one or two repeat addresses, the most I counted for one person in PETA’s was fourteen slightly different iterations of their details!
Giving to charity is always a good thing, right?

Ooh, I’ve got one of those, ( a tale from decades back ).. had a boss, who was a right ****, changed t&cs, cut money, was just a complete bastard, etc, I used to send him those Buy Now Pay Later pieces of tat you see advertised on the back of tv guides. Lifelike baby dolls, commemorative coins, Princess Di statuettes, 29 Shit Street (for the Viz fans)... endless and relentless. I heard he accused another staff member of being responsible, funny, cos even if he”d known it was me he wouldn’t have had the bottle to accuse me. Haha! A recommended harrassment method. Yes, I was young and immature... still think it’s funny though. 😝
