Mavic deemax 15mm adaptors? Circa 2006…anyone know if they are available and where from?

the ones I bought were for a crossmax st 2012 .

2006 deemax not convertible to 15mm, as it wasn’t introduced as a standard by Fox till 2008/9, plus deemax more of a downhill wheelset (ie. 20mm spec) than a trail fork

Thanks ninfan, thought that was the case. Looks like I’ll be going with Lyriks, not pikes, for my new forks..(which was my 1st choice)
