    Hi

Had a sticky piston on my Louise FR's. Tried to pump the piston back and forth as recommened by Magura. Unfortunalty one piston popped out and went back in ok ( I thought) . Now I have bled the system and the piston is not returning as far back as it should although it was moving when the systme had oil in it.

    1) Think it still may sticking. Thus needs to be freed.
    2) Think that maybe is has nit been returned properly and do not want to force it.

Any ideas to try and get it working again?

    Cheers

Maybe you're not pushing it in square enough?

Try pushing from different points on the piston.

I'd take it out again and have a look what's going on.

This happened to me once. Luckily it went straight back in and it had no effect.

I would do what you were doing (But not so far) and keep trying to lubricate the piston. I used to use the fluid on a cotton bud and wipe around the piston before pressing it back in each time. Evenetually ended up with pistons moving nice and smoothly.

Remember to clean up after though

success. 1/ applying oil and pump and now she's back in. Pushed piston from both sides of the caliper.
