great day out was had on sunday..we did a long loop then went up ben vorlich…my first munro on a bike and although tough i found it fairly doable too.both of us enjoyed it.all the walkers were really freindly both up and down…max respect to the 2 cross bike riders going up as we came down! the descent was awesome! must be over a mile…love scotland!

And I think I’ve mastered carrying a five comfortably….

Yup Ben vorlich…we did a bit of a large loop so about 3 hours in the morning then about 3 to go up and down the hill then back on the road…big day but worth it
