leg protection

any reccommendations for decent shin / knee pads?
Ones that are good for pedalling up too.
In particular any that are good for tall folk as I’m 6 foot 4.

Tryed a few 661, fox but have found the best are Knox cross lite stay in place and don’t get to hot and they have taken some big bang’s at inners

My first choice for body armour!

ta, I went for raceface rally fr, good price off CRC and they are one of the few that make XL size.

A bit late but I wear Lizard skins knee/shins and I don’t think I would buy a combined pad again – the knee section doesn’t stay in place well enough for pedalling without rubbing. Maybe the raceface have been better thought out.

The other thing I have noticed is that seat height effects comfort – if you run it a bit low you have more leg bend.
