Thinking about getting a basic Kindle for my 10 year old girls – don’t fancy paying twice for the same book, so is it possible to share books across more than one device?

Yes, there’s Kindle apps for phones etc, I can get my wife’s list of downloaded books and pick the ones I want to read on my phone

So if they had one each would they both be able to read the same book at the same time or would this cause problems?

Should be OK, register them both to the same person on the same account

You’ll probably have to switch of the sync though, not sure really without trying it.

There’s loads of info out there on this do a google search to be sure you can do what you want
