    I have one of these, for which I want to swap out the FSA Gossamer crank to a Shimano 105 – so I can use my 4iiii PM with it.

    So to be certain, I need to replace the FSA PF30 BB with this Praxis BB?

    You could insert one of these and then use standard BBs…

    I did the conversion on my Trigger, works well with no creaking.
