Hi, i want to increase the size of rotors on my ultimates, and quite fancy some hope floaters. Has anyone done this? Any clearance issues with the rivets?

Fine when new, but as the pads wear the legs on the bottom catch the rivets. (I know of a slightly used rotor with marks on the rivets if you still want to try)

Just bend the non-bent tab a tiny bit, work fine for me. Certain hub/fork combos cause the rivets to touch the bottom of the post mount, but a file soon sorts that. Marzocchi Corsa had these issues, Reba and SID are fine.

Just cut the tabs off…..
