Both confuzzling and good in equal measure. Old model/tech recycled to an EV, not called SAAB (although still of 'Swedish heritage' and all design in Sweden still, some new models due, not coming to UK/RHD. 🙁

Right Business based decision I reckon.

I was prompted to look up Saab at lunch by the brilliant 2011 9-5 Aero XWD outside the office window today... I want. Shame the new 9-5 SportsWagen never made it into UK.

Interesting Interior with Digital Instruments and looks like Alcantera seatbacks.
Terrible name though, the Chinese do have history of odd name choices such as the Nissan Cedric.

A Saab where all the power is available instantly?

Not sure how I feel about that.

I very much like woodster's post!
(I owned a 9000 Carlsson that Abbott Racing had modified - what a great car... above 3000rpm 😀 )

I liked the 900, but never could the 9-3.
