Maybe misspelled before. That’s something I found. My geography is ok but it turns out my spelling of foreign cities needs some work.

Hats on the lights – They are individual clues not linked, zoom in and the hats are different, some straight forward guesses should get them

Mother waving – You’re correct in saying shes a mother, thats part of the answer, then why do you wave?

I do the same every Christmas too with my family and try and get the remaining ones together. get the image up on the big TV and work our way around as a team. Then when we get stuck load up STW (this thread) and work our way through and use the cryptic clues to help us.
if you post the remaining ones you’re stuck on people will be able to help provide more clues that even if you don’t get the clue, someone else might.
