    A quick lunchtime circuit training session today has left me unusually starving – my usual lunch disintegrated inside my body before it even reached my stomach so very unlike me I’ve eaten a huge flapjack this afternoon. It must have weighed nearly a kg and was so loaded with sugar it stuck to the wrapper. I’ve felt very thirsty and rather sick ever since and now I’m hungry again. I’ve go two satsumas left in my bag for a 45min xc ride home. Mmmm, think I’ll be scouting the ground for morsels of food all the way.

    In my bag for the ride home is two scoops of Torq.

    I cooked some chickpeas this morning for a beef bean stew later, thing is I can’t stop eating them as they are they seem rather moorish.

    Getting there but not quite.. thing is I want to be at my lowest sustainable weight. 6 packs seem a little beyond this?

    Wondering if chickpeas with a bit of paprika or chilli powder be a good alternative to peanuts.

    No mate, I never really got into that omelette thing.
    Its been a long hard week and I’m ready to wobble off the wagon.
    Worse still, I happen to know, that there is a cold can of Heiniken in the fridge, and I can’t get the thought of how good thats going to taste, out of my head. Or perhaps a night cap in the form of a glass of red.

    Thats an excellent idea and you’ve reminded me about a guy in an office I once worked in who made….. Curry flavoured popcorn.
    That was flipping luvly.
    might be worth applying the same principal to chickpeas I reckon.
    Mix up some dry spices and coat freshly cooked warm chickpeas in said curry or chilli spices. Then allow to cool and dry.
    I bet they’d beat the heck out of crisps.
    I wonder how that would work out with some of those flatbreads.

    Ooh !, the combinations are limitless, its great.

    Have a nice glass of red tonight and then think about how much better those beers will be with a good curry tomorrow!

    No need to suit up. Saturday is the designated day off, so the single can of beer in the fridge can wait till then.

    Anyway, can’t go mad tonight, I’m moving most of my worldly goods into storage tomorrow, so I’ll be piloting a transit van in the AM. At speeds somewhat less than Mach 2 and definately not while inverted.

    TSY – were you querying my suggestion about 6-packs? Isn’t the guideline that you need to be about 6-8% to see a six pack? Whereas iDiet will only work down to 10-12%…

    fruit – can you eat too much of it?

    The best way to find out what bigger/better is Molly, is to ignore that it’s happening. The participants get tetchy if noone is asking. Tetchiness will lead to loose tongues.
