A stunning Anderson 953 custom. Not seen all the kit for except the hand made custom saddle and Chris King hubs. Not gonna leave that outside the offy.

Not sure, though I don’t think weight was much of an issue with the build. What do stainless frames come up like weight wise?

953’s pretty light, I like that a lot.

I saw that on Bikeradar. It’s a stunner. Because the stem is such an eye catching feature, it does look much better in the inverted position (as per second snap).

no disc tabs, no chain device tabs, not dropper compatible?

    love it 🙂

crimson – it’s the same way up in both pics I think?

OP – no idea re weight which is why I asked. It won’t compete with alu/carbon and my guess the only real benefit over 853 will be the chrome effect?

That should be displayed in an art gallery.

    That won’t take a 140mm fork

Looks ridiculous to me with the mix of colours and metal, especially around the headtube. Lose the green entirely, or do it all green with just the highlights, and it’d be nice. Apart from the stem, it’d still be ridiculous.

Am I allowed to say I don’t like it?

That stem is utterly gopping and, whilst I love that shade of green, it is well out of place alongside the stainless and graphics.
Would be lovely in ‘old french van’ type blue with a sensible stem IMO…

Agree with Northwind not a fan.

Colour scheme is horrible. Geometry looks odd (could be the angle) and personally I’d have proper downtube shifter bosses.

But the only person who has to like it is the person who’s bought it.

    Don’t like.

Looks like it was designed by several different people….

….in different offices with no form of communication available.

I like it but agree with the comment about French van blue

Not a fan of the ‘new retro’ kinda frames at all.

Very ‘Vulpine’ Green, which I do like tho..

Whoever owns that will have to be careful with the front brake…

Oh and if that’s been chrome plated in the UK good luck with that!

I saw the build thread for this over on Bikeradar, it is a lovely bike although the green colour is not to my liking i do like the lug work, the colour scheme on this one is much more tastefull imo

    Wow, looks rediculous, but great.

    That Rourke looks pretty boring.

Off the BR forum again, this one tops them both I think
