    Can't get Vista or i-tunes to see the shuffle at all! Vista sees my Creative MP3 no problem.
    Have looked on the net followed steps etc but no joy thus far!
    Anybody else had this problem and know a solution?

    ml_ipod and winamp?

    that said, if vista can't see it at all, probably wont help. Is it plugged in? does it work on other computers?
