  • HG80 or PG980 cassettes?

    I need to replace my cassette and Merlin have both the HG80 (SLX) and the Sram PG980 at the same price. Running Shimano gears.

    Is one better than the other? Have always tended to Sram in the past as I know their chains are better.

    makes little or no difference IME. Go with whatever you’re happiest.
