Seem quite a constructive thing to do with your spare time to me.

much as it pains me to agree with Al… I have to admit that I would give my right ball to have the space, time, funds and skillz to build something like that..

and the fella has managed to produce something that looks like it arrived here in a time machine from a future that had turned out sexy..

Only 2 or 3 negative’ish posters ssj which probably means that most of the usual suspects are dumbstruck with awe and admiration 😉

Unfortunately it happens a lot on this forum. It discourages people putting up their projects so we all lose. I use mtbr as my primary forum for technical stuff for that very reason.

Remember the response to Al’s carbon fibre brake mount? OK, there was some reasonable questioning of the advisability, but there was an awful lot of just plain meanness from the sort of people who would have difficulty assembling Lego. The best revenge – he was right. 🙂
