Just a bit “gutted” so to speak… That the prep didn’t work and I need to do it all again. When I was doing it I thought “well I’m glad I don’t have to do this often”. Err…

So I have Iberogast, digestive enzymes, LGG based probiotic, Movicol sachets and looking into activated charcoal capsules for if/when I have a “flare up”. God, I hate some of these terms. You always think you’re indestructible but the older you get, the more issues happen!

Oh. Back bloody killing me today. Might see if I can blag a massage off the missus. lol.
