I want to replace the boot on my gravity dropper with a neoprene tube. I am currently using a fork boot which is very good but because of the velcro does not compress enough to get the lowest setting.
Any ideas how to join neoprene without sowing or velcro? Would vulcanizing solution work?

Evo-stick impact adhesive will do it!

Will that be flexible though or just stiff?

A wet suit repair kit appears to come with some extra stuff to strengthen the joint here I would put a small strip of material across the join at the ends to stop it peeling open.

You’ll be wanting some black witch glue I think.
