Is there a cheap to mid priced pannier rack that'll fit over a 170mm hub?
Surly do the alternator rack, but that's for alternator dropouts, and is way over budget. Thinking more Topeak-DX budget.
Need to get a few more odd-s and ends into my commuting bags that don't easily fit into a frame bag.
