Has anyone got any recommendations for good electrolyes tablets or drink mix. Not bothered about the energy side but I find I get some amazing headaches when out and sweating a fair bit on the bike.
Have tried nuun tabs, but the flavours are a little unusual.
    So any recommendations gratefully recieved.
    Cheers

Zym here, either lemon & lime, or berry with caffeine. Both work the same. Nuun’s good too. Go tastes awful, incredibly sickly, and does nothing for me in terms of stopping cramp!

    Nuun +1

Tri-berry, Lemon&Lime or Cola seem most palatable. All very easy on the stomach and not too sweet. Avoid banana though – just wrong on every level!

    +1 for the elete.

Try the small pocket size bottle to see if you like it then get a bigger one works out quite a bit cheaper (well it did when i got mine from chain reaction a while ago)
