Whatever happened to the local video store?

I refuse to go since they stopped doing Betamax.

If you were to do so you could watch it on your TV using a HDMI cable

If your TV has an hdmi input. If it doesn’t, and your laptop does not have s-video out, then it is quite difficult to connect it to a TV.

I’ve still got one a 5 minute walk from my house.
I had no idea they still existed. Are you sure? If the last movie you rented was Porkies you might want to double check.

Video stores are out-dated really, £5 for a single nights hire and I’d have to drive a 14mile round trip to get it.

I have to add I’d never download a movie illegally by the way, TV that has played out in the US and no one has picked up over here though is another story, Weeds season 6 anyone?
