Just wondering if it's possible to convert a 135mm hope pro II rear hub to a 150, i.e swapping the axels, or will I need a new hub?

You could always bodge it with a 15mm spacer and space in your disk mounts too. it'll work just the same as Hope's stupid 150mm hub design anyway IMO (it has flanges same distance apart as the 135 hub and a huge space between the disc side flange and the disk mounts).

Gw speaks the truth if your on a budget and infact tom barker used to do these for his frames….. Space out the hub and the mount with machined alu spacers….

All hope did was stick the spacer between the spoke flange and the disk mount.

new hub is the least fiddly though ….
