I'm stuck in a long running saga trying to take the BB7's of my cross bike and replace them with Canti's, I thought this would be pretty easy.
I managed to find some screw in canti bosses and the back brake is now sorted, however the carbon forks don't have any holes for the canti return springs to sit in. How does this work?
Can you get canti bosses which come complete with holes for the spring, or can you get a plate which you sandwich between the boss and the fork?
The LBS's aren't terribly helpful...
Thanks, Dave

In your shoes, I'd just make up a plate, either from a large diameter washer or a flat piece of stainless or alloy.

Yup, I think I'll go on a hunt for 8mm penny washers today and see how I get on, Cheers
