  • Can you buy a carbon mech guard like the one what you get with a Zesty?

    I quite fancy being able to fit something that would protect my mech from rock strikes etc. The Lapiere thing looks pretty good. Anyone know if you can buy them, or something similar. Google hasn’t been my friend.

    We had a Zesty in t’other day with a wrecked mech hanger…..

    Is that the trade off then? Save the mech, but wreck the hanger?

    I trashed the mech on my Zesty last week, but the hanger and carbon mech guard were unharmed 😆

    That carbon blingy* is usefull to prevent some loose branches getting into mech, but rock strikes ?

    Probably not as it’s a non problem, any hit big enough to rip a mech off will rip the guard off then the mech.
