[Closed] Cable rub protectors
Anyone know where i can get the thingys that go over the outer cable to protect the frame as the patches never seen to end up in the right place.
Thanks.
Probikekit sell them I think
Yeti - Yetifan.com (black and grey)
Bontrager - trek shops
JagWire - google?
They look cool but remeber they still have direct contact to frame so still have potential to rub. I have found the Lizard Skin Leather patches to be best
I use these
They do them in either 4mm for gear cables or 5mm for brakes in black or white.
Sick squid for two!! Get some home brew tubing from Wilkinson and split it with a Stanley knife.
I bought some off eBay from Taiwan for a better price!

Came pretty quickly, about a week if I remember correctly.
As above I bought jagwire ones off eBay from Taiwan (different seller than above, cheaper too IIRC). Delivered quicker than most of the items I've bought off British sellers too (3-4 days I think). Really can't fault the service.
